As of the time of this post, Beltelecom uses two types of OLTs: Huawei and ZTE.
For Huawei, the PLOAM password is universally set to `1234567890`.
For ZTE, you must check the ONU terminal settings using `superadmin` privileges.
For Huawei, the VLAN settings are the same across the board.
The situation may differ for ZTE.
The list is often the same as for Huawei, but configurations like this one—where the VLAN ID might start at 3000—do occur.
Therefore, if the VLAN ID on your standard ONU is not 10, you are 100% dealing with a ZTE OLT.
Now, regarding the settings themselves:
To obtain O5 registration status, you need to enter the Vendor ID `ZTEG` for ZTE devices,
and the Vendor ID `HWTC` for Huawei devices.
Vlan id 10 802.1p-2 - internet
Vlan id 20 802.1p-4 - IPTV
Vlan id 50 802.1p-5 - VoIP
Vlan id 60 802.1p-5 - alarm system
the rest are used for smart home video surveillance cameras
